Belly Dance Workout

Instructor: Kalyani
Belly dancing with a twist! Learn the art of belly dance while getting a great cardio workout. This exhilarating and exotic class will include warm-up, break down of basic belly dance movements, traveling steps, shimmies, percussive hip work, abdominal and rib cage work, and sustained arm movements. This class teaches traditional belly dance movements focusing on technique as well as high energy movements for maximum calorie burning. This class is for women of all sizes and levels of ability.

Yoga for Every Body-Relax and Renew!

'Yoga for Every Body' is great for beginners as well as anyone who is looking for a more gentle and relaxing yoga practice. This class is very effective for improving digestion, freeing joints, and muscles of stiffness, and swiftly giving an astonishing feeling of well being. Classes include Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Meditation and Deep Relaxation. Topics on Yogic Lifestyle, Diet, Cleansing Techniques, and Eastern Thought will also be introduced. Please bring yoga mat and shawl/light blanket.

Karate for Kids and Adults Taekwondo

Do you want to do something great for your children?  Learn the Korean martial art form known as Songahm taekwondo.  Basic techniques including punching; kicking forms and self defense are taught in these classes.  More importantly this course will develop discipline, confidence, concentration and self-control in your child.  All qualities that are needed to help children through their developmental years.  This is also a great activity for families, parents here is an activity that you actually can do with your child. Give your child a head start for the school years by helping them improve themselves.  Uniforms are required.  You can purchase one at the ATE.
