Total Fitness

Get back to the basics of fitness with our new aerobics class. Come join this fun and energetic class with our certified personal and group
trainer, Kim Cole. From beginner to advanced, this class will benefit everyone by utilizing typical step aerobics floor work, body toning,
and cool downs. Make this commitment to yourself to ensure a successful New Year’s resolution.

Basic Puppy Training
& Beginner Foundation

Puppy Class requirements: Age 8-16 weeks. Course details: Charging a clicker or the word yes, name/attention, basic manners of sit, down, leash walking, polite greeting, trade, tug, and a trick to show off for friends. Short sessions of puppy play time to help socialize your puppy.

Adult Foundation Class requirements: 5 months and older. Course details: Charging a clicker or the word yes, name/attention, basic manners of sit down, leash walking, polite greeting, trade, tug, learning to deal with distractions in the room, focused attention exercises, settle, and much more.
A trick will be taught to show off to your friends.

Requirements: Need to have proof of vaccinations, must be dog and people friendly (If not sure, contact Instructor Elesa Hilsheimer-Smith), treat bag with a selection of treats, flat buckle collar (no plastic snap collars), if dog pulls would recommend a no pull harness (can discuss in class), 6ft leash, sturdy shoes, a small blanket or large towel for settle exercises, a clicker if you wish to learn how to use a clicker. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. Bring waste bags.
