YOU ARE INVITED TO a magical afternoon at the KVPD Rec Center for you and your favorite doll! Join us for a fancy tea party with a selection of delectable treats and delicious drinks for both kids and adults. Enjoy activities and games, including hair tinsel for you and your doll and end your afternoon with a photo shoot! All children must be accompanied by a paid adult. The Rec Center is located at 150 N. Indiana Ave. in Kankakee.
