Our day camp is the perfect mix of outdoor fun, thrilling activities, and hands-on learning. Weekly themes to keep campers ages 6-12 engaged and excited. Whether swimming, ice skating, playing hockey, or going on exciting field trips, there's something for everyone.
Activities Include:
Outdoor Games: Enjoy team challenges, scavenger hunts, nature hikes, and fun in the great outdoors.
Swimming: Dive into the pool to cool off from the summer heat.
Ice Skating & Hockey: Glide on ice and learn new skating tricks, and the exciting game of hockey.
STEM Projects: Unleash your creativity and problem-solving skills with fun science experiments, building challenges, and more.
Field Trips and Special Guests: Explore local attractions, go on nature excursions, visit exciting spots, enjoy entertainment and learning opportunities by our special guests, and more!
Camp Pricing:
Resident Rate: $275.00 per 2 week Session
Non-Resident Rate: $300.00 per 2 week Session
Purchase all four session and receive the 4th session for $200!
Before Camp Care: $50.00 per 2 week session (8:00-9:00 am)
After Camp Care: $50.00 per 2 week session (3:00-6:00 pm)
Camp Dates:
Session 1: June 9 - 20
Session 2: June 23 - July 3rd (No Camp on July 4)
Session 3: July 7 - 18
Session 4: July 21 - August 1
Camp meets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at the KVPD Rec Center (150 N. Indiana Ave., Kankakee). Camp meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at Ice Valley Centre Ice Arena (1601 River Road, Kankakee).
